If you have purchased and did not download it within 72 hours, then you are entitled

A full return. Return is valid for 3 days only if you have not downloaded the digital product after purchase from our store.

After 72 hours without downloading your digital product, Your return become non-returnable once they have been accessed or downloaded.

Also after 72 hours expired, You can request an extended time to get access to your downloadable digital PLR product(s).
